While I was sleeping soundly in the afternoon, a janitor opened the door without ringing the bell or knocking on the doo
Accommodation is easy to find from the subway station and easy to get to and The staff is okay. 'Cause I'm probably getting there too late. The staff's not very hospitable And most importantly, there was a nasal mask on the ceiling, which I was shocked by. But in hotels, it's noisy all the time, day and night. It's terrible.

the shower room door not closed properly. I was booked for two people but only prepared necessary goods only for one person even the second night also the same.

Do not stay there for a long time, one night fair but it stinks
Location was good
Since I checked in staff don't really speak English and my room was different but they changed it, nothing was explained in the room as all buttons were in Korean, the smell of all the rooms and the floor 6th stink like cigarette I had to buy an air freshener to make it better as I didn't wanna smell that for 12 days, I truly regret I've chosen that hotel, I only asked for cleaning 4 times instead of daily and no water replacement, no tea cups, no tea, I don't know if that is their standard but there's nothing I can do now. At least the receptionist should speak English to explain certain things important in the room, I used a translator to know how to turn on the AC. My friend asked for an extra key and they said no, I've never seen such a system anywhere in the world.
